HOW VERY APPROPRIATE

We regret to announce the disturbing demise of Julie Foat, who on the 4th of May of this year was helplessly crushed like a grape by an angry cow. This unfortunate incident occurred in a sewer pipe at the foot of the Statue of Liberty. The deceased was reported to have shouted "This SUCKS!" just before expiring. Julie Foat is survived by four sisters and a mule. Funeral services will be held the 3rd of next month.

Ick. Apparently I've been dead a while now. Where was I on May 4 again? Oh yes. Here, breaking through the wall.

You can make your own obit on this site.

MORGAN TOO
We regret to announce the disturbing death of Morgan Foat, who on the 3rd of June of this year was carefully smothered in hot fat by some guy named Clyde. This unfortunate incident occurred in an adult bookstore in Las Calamas, CA. The deceased was reported to have shouted "Make sure my Mom gets this ring!" just before expiring. Morgan Foat is survived by some thankless family members, who are even now looting the personal effects of the departed. Funeral services will be held the 5th of next month.

What ring? And what the hell was Mo doing at an adult bookstore in California? All she has to loot are toys and independent reader books. And I'm not thankless.

BBQ, PIE & SAMURAI

Such were the things which my 30th birthday included. Josh bestowed the first season of Samurai Jack upon me, and we're watching it nightly thus far. Morgan likes it too.

There was more, but you don't want to know about that.

I've decided to trust the aviation industry and the science behind jet flight. What choice have I got?

Notice the early posting time? The weather has turned decidedly summery, seemingly all at once. We're due to hit 90 today and not fall below 70 tonight. It's hard to sleep in this weather, but I don't mind at all.

I've always maintained that the best birthday present I ever get is the turning of the seasons. Solstice be blown! Long live summer!
